Prevent manipulation of American technologies, including hardware, software, and frontier AI models. Encourage American and allied hardware and software manufacturing, data processing, and energy production, including through friendshoring and nearshoring.
Protect American Technological Security
Strengthen U.S. laboratory, cyber, and other security. Increase U.S. government cooperation with American companies to strengthen industrial security.
Promote Human-Centered AI
Promote human-centered AI by 1) advancing neuromorphic computing, brain-inspired AI, and AI alignment and 2) engaging with faith communities to distill principles about human dignity, integrity, and freedom to inform effective AI policymaking.
